After our Cinderella themed service today delighted to report that Gigi from our church found her own Prince Charming this morning, Ronnie, who travelled 8000 miles from Orange County, USA, just to ask her to be his girlfriend! Love travels all distances!! Congratulations!!!   After church a few of us headed down the marina for coffee and fellowship. Still convinced we can use this cosy little space shown just here for a church service one day - I am sure it was made for us!!!
Today was a great day to go in the sea! Why? Because we baptised Oscar!!! Rain, sun or snow, we will go in the sea for any man or woman to be added to the Kingdom of God! Congratulations Oscar!!!!! By the way, after extremely heavy rain in the morning a rainbow and then the sun came out just for this moment....God was truly smiling down on us, as the black clouds are now already back! Over July and August we are excited to be studying the theme of prayer! We will be working from the book "They Knew How To Pray: 15 Secrets from the Prayer Lives of Bible Heroes" by Tom Carter. We will also be working from the same study series written and being used by our twin church in Lansing, Michigan, called "Oh the places you'll pray!" This promises to be an exciting series on a vital topic to every christian! Why not join us?
