Congratulations to our newest dating couple in the church, Aleksi and Salome!!! In April Aleksi prayed by himself at the heart rock in the biblical city of Salamis....... Today he is no longer alone smile emoticon God answers prayers, amen!!!!

Great to be our yesterday playing volleyball on the beach, having fun, and talking to some people. Roll on summer!  Wonderful to have the Alaka's from London with us yesterday to teach a lesson on God's plan for our life - God wants to prosper us!  Some of us after a great full day of teaching by James Becknell from the Chicago Church of Christ on the Kingdom. Thanks so much for coming James and Jennifer! What a wonderful day!!!   Twelve months ago today we baptised a Bulgarian. Aleksi, who made tremendous changes in his life, from speeding playboy with cars, drinks, smoking and clubbing, to a passionate, committed disciple and follower of Jesus. His mother Petrana was so impressed with the radical changes she saw in the life of her son that she too eventually began to study the Bible and yesterday she too was baptised - mother and son united in Christ! What we teach may be important but there is absolutely nothing that impresses more than changed lives! Congratulations Aleksi and Petrana! Welcome to the Kingdom! |
